Jirong YJZK series medical clean air handling unit includes sections of mix, primary efficiency, blower, cooling coil, heating, humidifying, sterilization, medium efficiency and blower. The unit has many air handling functions, such as ventilation, cooling, heating, humidification, dehumidification, sterilization, air purification and so on. Its rated air volume range is 1000-50000m3/h, cooling capacity range 4.2-800kW, heating capacity 5-660kW, fan total pressure more than 2000Pa. The unit is sorted into two types: standard units (YJZK) and fresh air units (YJZKX), with 14 specifications respectively.
Medical clean air handling unit is mainly used in clean air conditioning system such as hospital operation rooms and wards.

Anti-cold bridge design ensures the surface free of condensation phenomenon. Dual-layer steel plate for the panel, with built-in reinforced frame, and 50mm polyurethane heat insulation material in between.
Multi-point locking mechanism for access door, improving air-tightness of the unit and ensuring no cold bridge and no condensation phenomenon.
Sealing strip between panel and framework, ensuring air-tightness and insulation of the unit. The leakage rate of the unit is less than 1%.
Stainless steel for inner panel to meet cleanliness requirements.
⑤. Efficient heat exchanger: the surface cooler and heater are made of copper tube and double sine-wave type aluminum fins, and conducted by mechanical expansion. The surface cooler is sized of 4, 6, and 8 rows. The framework and water pan are made of stainless steel.
⑥. Dry type water pan with inclination, ensuring smooth drainage. Keep dry without bacteria.
⑦. Positive pressure design prevents untreated air from entering the unit, ensuring filtering effect.
⑧. High-efficient bactericide: ultraviolet sterilization discourages bacteria growth inside the unit.
⑨. Flexible supply: small units are assembled for delivery and large units are delivered in sections.
